We have Lease/Option programs, Rent-to-own programs, and Land Contract programs. These programs are offered through Banyan Investments, with minimal down payment, and no banks involved for quick, no-hassle financing.

We are also proud to work with local agencies and partners to offer our quality homes to families that are qualified for homeownership through their specific programs.

We are always happy to refer potential homeowners to conventional lenders who specialize in first-time homeowner loan programs, or programs for individuals who have experienced financial challenges. We even work with the lenders in some cases to offer 100% financing by paying for all of the buyers down payment and closing costs!
