Our mission is to improve our neighborhoods and communities through three distinct initiatives: First, we strive to beautify neighboorhoods by purchasing neglected, abandoned, damaged, or foreclosed properties, and nicely renovate these homes to provide quality housing, and improve the appearance, desirability and safety of the neighboorhood. Secondly, we believe in offering quality affordable housing. Our homes are by far in above average condition when compared to the modest rents that we charge for our homes. We work with several local agencies and partners to offer our homes for rent to financially challenged families, as well as to single moms with children, and folks who are working to get back on their feet financially. Finally, we believe that all neighboorhoods can benefit from having homes that are owner-occupied.
